Refunds / Returns Policy
Should you decide to cancel your order and your payment has already been processed, please contact our store on 013 656 4738 to stop your order from being processed.
We will contact the Blue Bottle Group Head Office to refund your payment. Our store is not able to process your refund.
Refunds back to your credit/cheque card can take up to 5 working days depending on the card type.
Refunds back to a debit card can take up to 20 working days.
All refunds will be made straight back to the card that was used in the purchasing process.
We are not able to process a cash refund.
In the unlikely event that any product is delivered damaged, we will gladly replace it at our cost or refund you in full. To qualify for a full refund, the damaged product must be in its original packaging.
To receive the refund you must query the item on delivery.

All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR) at prevailing interest rates.
The Blue Bottle Group endeavors to offer you competitive prices on current products; your total order price will include the price of the purchase plus any applicable sales tax.
The Blue Bottle Group reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice due to the nature of our products.
